Q. Do I need to choose which products I want before the shoot?
A. No, the final purchase decisions are made after you’ve seen your images at the same day viewing. However, knowing beforehand which products you’re drawn to will help me to create exactly what you want.
Q. How many images will I be able to choose from?
A. At least 20 images from your shoot will be presented to you.
Q. Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
A. No. The idea is that I take images so incredibly gorgeous that you want to buy them. You only buy the images you love, so what you decide to spend is up to you.
Q. Will my portraits be “Photoshopped?”
A. Signature retouching will be provided for the images you order.
Q. Can I get digital files of the images?
A. Each image you purchase will also include its high-resolution digital file, which can be printed up to the same size you purchase.
Q. Does my order include the copyrights?
A. You will be given print rights for personal use of all your purchased images. This means you can print copies of your portraits, but do not have the right to sell or publish them without permission.
Q. How does the payment plan work?
A. Either make four 25% monthly payments with no processing fees, or extend your payments as long as you need (with a $100 per month minimum) and pay a processing fee of $10 per payment.
Q. Can I pay with a credit card?
A. Yes! I accept cash, check, AmEx, Discover, Visa, or Mastercard.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Turnaround is 1-3 weeks for physical product, and 1 week for digitals after payment has been made in full.
